Double room in spacious Islington house

We have a double room available in a beautiful large Georgian house called Mulberry House. The house is set back on Essex Road - the space is HUGE - you need to view it to get a real feel for the size. There is a big communal living room, a large garden with a BBQ and a balcony on the second floor.

The room:
Huge double room with en-suite shower and bath. Comes furnished with double bed, two large built in wardrobes, desk etc. The room overlooks the garden on a quiet residential street. You will also have access to a working sauna in the communal bathroom on the top floor.

Location:
6 minute walk from Canonbury overground, 15 minute walk to both Highbury & Islington and Angel tube stations (or 5-10 minute bus ride). There is a bus stop literally just outside the house so can get to central London in 20 minutes.

When:
Early January - exact date flexible

The house:
1st floor has a HUGE lounge, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, work space and garden (& garden shed). 2nd & 3rd floors have the bedrooms (1 has an ensuite), 2 shared bathrooms and the balcony.

Us:
4 professionals (aged 28-30, from Australia, England, and South Africa) who love socialising around the house , going out for food and drinks and hosting the occasional party. We hold our home & each other in high regard, keeping it clean, kind and relaxed.
