SHORT TERM x1 double furnished room in Islington

Hey! Looking to fill the second room in a 2 bed flat until my flatmate starts his new job slightly later than me. Have secured approval for landlord to find a (suitable!) temporary flatmate.

Dates - room is available from ~ start of Feb to mid/late March (so around 6 weeks)

The flat - 5th floor, 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat with balcony. Room is the second bedroom (3.51m x 2.95m) and would essentially have access to its own bathroom as the master has an ensuite. Please see floorplan. Ctax band F

The building - a super high end development close to both Angel and Old Street tube stations. Property has access to concierge, spa, gym, pool, roof club terrace, etc.

Flatmate - you would be sharing with myself, a 21 Y/O recent graduate working in finance. Will be in the office 3-4 days a week working fairly long hours. Would describe myself as a chilled and sociable guy, not much of a party animal but enjoy the occasional drink. Very much a clean / organised person so would need to be a flatmate who can put up with that :)
