Spacious Room in a Cozy House in Islington (N1)

My housemate and I are looking for someone to take my room as I move to Spain (olé)! This special home is in the heart of Islington, next to the River Walk, a cozy pub, and an easy walk to Highbury & Islington (12 min), Canonbury (10 min) and Angel (20 min) stations. **Price includes bills apart from wifi.**

Your Room:
You have a King Bed (with two storage drawers beneath), built-in corner closets (with full length mirror inside one door), a bookshelf, and extra drawers. If blue isn’t your color, we can discuss.

The House:
The house has its own front entrance gate into a garden and has its own front door. The house is laid across three levels. Has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a shared living room and office room, and extra storage space on the ground floor and 2nd floor.

The Kitchen:
The kitchen is spacious and recently refurbished with a convection stove, two ovens, built-in rubbish bins and fridge-freezer. There is also a dining table and chairs in the kitchen.

The Bathrooms:
Upstairs Bathroom has a footed bath+shower & downstairs bathroom has a shower.

The Living Room & Office Room:
The long living room has two sofas (both can turn into beds for guests), a record player, large TV, and large windows. The office is accessed through a sliding bookshelf in the living room (yes it is a hidden room)! If any of the current art in shared spaces isn’t your vibe we can always discuss and change things out.

The Garden:
The front garden is spacious and great in the summer for BBQs, gatherings, and weather dependent laundry hanging.
