LOOKING FOR FLATMATE in a 2 bed sitting 10 minute walk below Highbury & Islington Station and just below Caledonian Road overground station for 3 months starting 8 January (date slightly flexible). Furnished. £1,100 not including bills.

I am taking time off to travel and my flatmate Andre is in need of a flatmate to sublet for a few months. From 8 January to 15 April (dates slightly flexible), a bright double bedroom will be available at our place. Our 1st floor apartment is located a short walk from Caledonian Road overground station and a 10 minute walk from Highbury & Islington Station, and an even shorter walk to all the pubs around (Drapers Arms, The Albion, Hemingford Arms, Foxglove, etc.).

The flat is fully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a bathroom with a bath and shower, and a shared living room. I also have a desk and monitor setup for you to use.

About the flatmates: you will be living with Andre (Norwegian 30). The flat is our chill space to hang out together (TV, playing music, chatting, etc.), but we also value time alone and work from home from bedrooms 3-4 days a week. Andre would greatly appreciate me if I found someone generally open minded, fun, and chill to spend time with and enjoy a few daily laughs. We are friends on our fourth year living together after meeting on Spareroom in 2021.
