It’s a gated complex with a groundskeeper on site during the week (perfect for any online shopping deliveries)! Also- the shower has some of the best water pressure I’ve ever felt in London.
The boring stuff: Rent is £1030 a month plus bills which usually come to around £100 or so depending on the season.
