Studio Flat let over Xmas and New Year

Hi, I was thinking of letting out my Barnsbury (Islington) studio flat from around 20th December for 2-3 weeks.

Property details:
- Third and top floor flat with natural light from circa 2pm.
- Building video security with a daytime porter.
- Lift to the third floor.
- Internal building rubbish shutes.
- Located between two tube stations: Highbury & Islington and Angel.
- In the Barnsbury conservation area just off Upper Street (Milner Square).
- Located near garden squares and lovely garden pubs (The Albion, The Drapers Arms and The Crown).

Kitchen table:

- Table has computer monitors which can be used if required.
- Unfortunately, it is challenging to remove the monitors so the table functions as a desk and not a dining table.
- Flat might best suit someone who is homeworking for part of the Xmas/New Year period.

Rental type - Either through Airbnb or a contract. The former would be more expensive.

Not a party flat - Please note that this is not a party flat. It isn't suitable for couples as it is just a studio flat. I would consider it but it is unlikely and the rent would be higher.

Looking for:

1) Someone responsible and trustworthy.
2) Staying in London over Xmas and/or New Year.
3) Able to meet up or call so we can discuss.
