Ensuite bedroom in great flat

I will sadly be saying goodbye to my room as I am moving back to my home country.

Good news for you though, as the flat is great and the flatmates are even better! You will be living with a lovely Kiwi couple. They are super friendly and like cooking, having friends over (no wild parties!), sharing a glass of wine, and often travel to mainland Europe on weekends.

We are looking for an easy going professional to take over my ensuite bedroom. No couples please. The bedroom has great storage space and is quiet. The living room and kitchen are spacious and we keep the flat tidy. There is a balcony that looks over football fields with squash and badminton courts a stone throw away. Gyms, cafes and supermarkets are also nearby. Old Street is a 7min walk away and busses come regularly. The building has bike storage.

The price is exclusive of bills (council tax, wifi, gas/electra, water, cleaning lady). Cleaning lady comes approx. once every 2 weeks. Room available from early January onwards.
