Large double room available from 19th January 2025 until 31st March 2025 (extendable by an additional month pending renewal of the lease) in beautiful 3-bedroom Victorian flat with private garden on a quiet residential street.
Hi! We are looking for a tenant for my room while I am on overseas assignment from mid January. You will share the house with two 31/32 years old friendly and easy going Australians who have lived in London for 6+ years and both work hybrid (but mostly in the office).

FLAT & ROOMS:
The flat is arranged over two floors. The raised ground floor has a beautiful and fully equipped open plan kitchen (including dishwasher (!), gas stove, oven, large modern fridge, washer/dryer...) and a big and cosy living room space with brand new floors (one month old). There are separate toilet and shower rooms. The toilet is shared among all three flatmates while the shower room is shared with only one other person.
LARGE DOUBLE BEDROOM: The bedroom is on the lower ground floor (but still very bright) and faces the street. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and shelving unit, two bedside tables and desk including monitor and stand-up desk.
GARDEN: While admittedly not the best season to enjoy it, we have a private garden with a large BBQ and fire pit, which makes it more useable year-round.
LOCATION: The flat is really well connected: An easy 8 minute walk from Angel Station (Northern line) and 15 minutes to Highbury & Islington Station (Victoria line & Overground). Upper Street is really close, full of lovely pubs, cafés and restaurants. You also have easy access to Regent's canal and all that east London has to offer!
BILLS: Broadband, water, council tax, and gas & electricity are not included in the rent and add up to around £160 per month per person. In addition, we have a bi-weekly cleaner that helps us keep the house tidy and clean (£45 for each visit).
