Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate to move into a large (furnished) double room with en-suite in a 2-bed new-build flat in Islington.
The flat has a large, modern open plan kitchen/living room, lots of light and a balcony with lots of green space - plus a few amazing sunsets, too!
Location-wise, it's well-connected, with Tube and Overground stations within 5-10 minutes walk and 15 mins walk to the Regents Canal and shops, restaurants, cafes etc in Granary Square and King's Cross.
About me: I'm a social, friendly person and love to meet new people. I'm big on baking, and like having friends over for dinner now and then. I work from home mostly and my days are pretty packed, so I love having a cosy place to relax in after work. I spend a lot of time meeting people during the day so, I like to keep my evenings pretty chill and I catch up with friends and family at weekends.
I'm very clean and tidy and keep the flat well-looked after, so I'm looking for someone similar who's responsible and happy to do their share to keep the place nice and clean and comfortable to live in.
So I'm looking for someone who is friendly and social, but also independent and happy to do your own thing most of the time.
