Large, Sunny En-Suite Double Room

Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate to move into a large (furnished) double room with en-suite in a 2-bed new-build flat in Islington.

The flat has a large, modern open plan kitchen/living room, lots of light and a balcony with lots of green space - plus a few amazing sunsets, too!

Location-wise, it's well-connected, with Tube and Overground stations within 5-10 minutes walk and 15 mins walk to the Regents Canal and shops, restaurants, cafes etc in Granary Square and King's Cross.

Ideally, looking for someone for a year but happy to consider short term for the right person :)

About me: I'm a social, friendly person and I love people. I spend a lot of time teaching, and/or meeting and talking to people during the day though, so when I'm off the clock, I'm pretty much an introvert who likes to decompress and chill in the evenings. I'm also out with friends for dinner or at the cinema/theatre one or two nights a week, so I'm looking for someone who's also happy to do their own thing most of the time as well. The rest of the week, having a cosy, quiet and clean place to relax in after work is my ideal balance.

I'm very clean and tidy and keep the flat well-looked after (what you see is what you get in the photos) so I'm looking for someone who will maintain the same standards and share responsibility for cleaning and tidying the flat so it's nice and comfortable to live in.

So if you're a friendly person who's also independent and happy to do your own thing most of the time. This could be for you!
