After over 5 years living in this flat, our flatmate is moving to Australia so we now have one bright and spacious double room available in our fantastic flat in Holloway.

The room is on the top floor, looking out over the street and comes furnished with double bed and large wardrobe, chest of drawers etc. as well as a separate private bathroom.

We also have a comfortable shared living/dining space with dining table, sofa, tv etc as well as access to a beautiful sunny, shared back garden which is glorious in the summer months.

The flat itself is fantastic, located less than 5mins from Holloway Road Station (Piccadilly) and 12-15 to Finsbury Park and Highbury & Islington stations (Victoria line), and has multiple supermarkets within a 5 minute walk.

The flat has three rooms, so you will be sharing with existing flatmates Molly from New Zealand and Tash from UK, both professionals in our early 30s.

We’re looking for a friendly and easy going flatmate, ideally someone who isn’t full time WFH, who is happy to have a relaxed chat at the end of the day, and is keen to keep a clean and tidy home.

Bills vary month to month but typically average out at approx £100 per month, on top of rent.
