Room for let from January

Hi I’m karolina, I’ve got a place available from 24th of February 2025 (or from December/January if) until July with the ability to extending the lease. The place is very close to old street station (10 minute walk). I’m looking for someone to rent my room as I’m moving out and I need a new tenant to replace me. You would be living with my best friend, she’s very friendly and nice and she wouldn’t be getting in your way. The bedroom is fully furnished, you’ve got your own bathroom, the only thing you would have to share would be the kitchen and living room but it’s very spacious. This flat contains everything that you need. The only things is that you would need to pay 5 months upfront and the council tax band for the apartment is E.
