We are looking for people to take over our lease (2 doubles) in our lovely two-floor flat situated between Kentish Town and Tufnell Park.
We love this flat but as graduated students our time in London has come to an end! We are flexible with move-in and may even be able to have one room available earlier than the other, if necessary.
The ground floor has hardwood floors, and the entrance is through a private front-yard. The kitchen is spacious with high-end appliances and an open plan dining area. The large living room has a working gas fireplace and is connected to a beautiful private garden. Both rooms get plenty of sunlight. Also on the ground floor is a half-bath.
The second floor has an office overlooking the garden. There is a large en-suite that overlooks the garden, giving it plenty of privacy and quiet. The second room benefits from the afternoon sunlight and has its own private large detached bathroom which includes a bathtub.
The flat is really well connected to central, with the 390 bus stop just outside the flat, as well as the 253 and 29 buses just a 5 minute walk away. The Kentish Town and Tufnell Park tube stops are both a 10 minute walk from the flat.
Along with being 10 minutes away from the Kentish Town and Tufnell Park high street, there is a smaller high street just outside the flat the has a Nisa Local, Royal Mail shop, Brazilian food shop, Italian deli, many coffee shops, and more!
It is a beautiful, comfortable, dreamy flat and we are looking for new tenants to enjoy the space!
