Hey everyone, my forever roommate Sam has just moved abroad and so his room in our 2 bedroom flat share has become available.

The flat itself is on the 24th floor of a luxury development, Carrara Tower, located on City Road. It’s 5-10 min walk from Angel and Old St stations and very close to Islington, Clerkenwell and Barbican.

The building is newly built, has 24 hour concierge, a gym, a spa including a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room, a staffed parcel room, and many other amenities.

The flat is spacious and includes the kitchen-living room area that is shared, plus 2 bedrooms each one with its own bathroom. The flat has 360 degrees views of London including many iconic landmarks such as Big Ben, the London Eye, BT Tower, and more. We’ve furnished the flat with the utmost care. It’s got underfloor heating and AC.

Your room has a view of the City / the Shard, a bathroom with a shower and tub (the tub probably has the best views in the house).

You’d be sharing the flat with me :) I’m Ferdi, 32, from Italy. I’ve lived in the UK for 10 years and work in venture capital. I’m pretty easy going and tend to be quite busy during the week with work, the gym and seeing friends. I’m pretty clean and tidy and tend to keep the house to a good standard. I’m looking for someone who is easy to live with, would ofc love to become friends whilst respecting each other’s personal space, and I’m gay so someone who is cool with that (or LGBT themselves) is essential.
