Large Double Room - Holloway Road

After 3.5 years I’m sad to be leaving this brilliant flat-share in a wonderful part of north London. I’m moving back to Ireland and if it weren’t for that I would hope to be staying here for much longer - however my loss could be your gain!

The room is very spacious with a double bed and plenty of storage space. I will also be happy to leave certain items (listed at the bottom of the ad) to the next tenant free of charge. However, if these are unwanted, they can also be removed.

A quick note on the rent - it is currently set at £700 but is due to increase to £720 (the price as advertised) from May 14th. You will pay the lesser amount prior to that!

You will be sharing with three friendly guys who have been a real pleasure to live with.

The atmosphere in the flat is very relaxed. Our daily schedules tend to differ so there has never been clashes in terms of bathroom/kitchen use.

While we tend to all do our own thing, it is a wonderfully friendly environment and, above all, there is a strong sense of respect for each other and the living environment as a whole.

It’s not a party house but there is absolutely no issue if you want have a friend/partner over. If you’re having visitors stay over, I’m reliably told that the sofa in the living room is very comfortable!

The local area is fantastic. You will be within a stone’s throw of several large supermarkets (and an incredibly convenient shop directly downstairs!) with many decent pubs, restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. There are also a number of gyms nearby as well as green spaces for the summer months.

The flat is well-served by public transport with several bus routes going straight past the flat. Holloway Road station (Piccadilly line) is less than 10 mins walk away. If you need to use the Overground, you also won’t be too far from both Upper Holloway and Highbury & Islington.

Bills are not included in the rent and so additional costs for council tax, broadband, gas, electricity, and water are split equally. Naturally these can vary but currently sit at £90.50 each per month.
