Short Term Let, En Suit, I’m away a lot

You will have the place to yourself most of the time as I will be staying at my partners quite a bit - I will typically be away 6 days a week.

I had previously been renting the whole flat out but the current tenants have just given me notice to leave at the end of January, so I’m going to move back in. This means all the furnishings in the ad belong to them and the property won’t have these item - I will source a sofa, dining table, rug and coffee table.

I Will be putting the flat on the market to sell which should take around 6 months I imagine - therefore it is available durning this period that it’s on the market and whilst the sale goes through. Therefore you Must be able to move with 4 weeks notice.

Cats allowed (we have a cat flap). No dogs (sorry!)

Whoever takes the room must allow the estate agent to show the property freely.

There is a large separate kitchen area I just don’t have a photo of this!

I can add WiFi but there may be a short period without it whilst it is installed / set up.
