2 month let for large new build room in Islington

I am going to be gone between 19th February and 14th April, and am looking for a short term let.

About the flat.

Well located 15 minutes to both Angel and Highbury & Islington station, this new build flat has a large shared common area and kitchen, 2 bathrooms shared between 3 people, under floor heating, two balconies with an incredible view of the city, and a spacious room perfect for your stay in the area. In my humble opinion, its the best room in the flat.

The room is not the one highlighted, but actually the slightly larger one across the master in the back of the flat

About the flatmates

We are all young professionals working in various industries in London. The vibe is very relaxed, with freedom to socialise in the kitchen after work, or retreat to your room for peace and quiet. The common area stays fairly clean, nothing too intense but certainly very habitable and respecful of all occupants. The boys like watching football and rugby and going out for a few pints on the weekends, or discussing our newest favorite films.

Bills are about 100-150pm including a cleaner who comes every other week. Looking for someone to take the flat for as much of the time as possible to recoup traveling expenses, but will prorate it for whatever duration your stay would be. Preference given to longer stays
