**END OF JANUARY MOVE-IN DATE**

Hi - I am moving in with my partner and (sadly) leaving my lovely room in Tufnell Park (Islington N7)

*The House*
The flat is split across 3 and a half-ish floors and includes an outdoor terrace (not pictured) and open plan living room/dining room/kitchen. It has a lot of charm and benefits from getting plenty of sunlight throughout the day. There are nooks and crannies dotted throughout the flat for extra storage if needed, and space for a bike inside the entrance.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with cookware, kettle, toaster, microwave etc and a large fridge-freezer. The living room features extra high ceilings, 2 fireplaces, big windows and it's south-facing.

5 min walk: off-licence, Odeon cinema, Tufnell tavern Pub, Holloway Road
10 min walk: Tufnell park tube, Waitrose, Lidl, Argos etc.

*The Room*:
The room is a well-sized room that comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, and large wardrobe. There is also enough space for an extra rack/wardrobe and a large desk. The room it's extremely quiet, it has double-glazed windows and is facing a backyard. You'll likely only hear birds chirping in the morning! The bathroom is modern and shared with just 2 other flatmates (4th flatmate has an en-suite)

*The flatmates*
You’ll be sharing the flat with Jordan, Liv, and Serine. Norwegian & British, they are all professionals in their late 20s who work a mix of WFH and in the office. The place is large enough to allow for quiet moments and privacy even when everyone's in. Although, we also like to hangout in the kitchen and chat or go on the occasional night out together. We all take pride in caring about the house; we like keeping it clean, adding personal touches with decorations (thanks Serine for the Christmas tree), sharing stuff (Jordan's kitchen knives changed the cooking game in the house) or helping each other.

We like to make it feel more like a home than a place you share with strangers.

As such, we are looking for someone like minded to the above who is looking to make this feel like a home.

*Details*
- Move-In date: 20th-27th January
- Rent: £970/month (forJan will be pro-rated)
- Utilities + council tax: ~£110/month
- Security deposit (paid to me): £654
- No agency, landlords will require reference letter and proof of income/employment status
