SUBLET: Double ensuite room 25 Jan-8 Feb (N1)

Hi everyone

Subletting my spacious double ensuite room in a lovely 3-bed, central London flat for two weeks from 25 January to 8 February.

ABOUT THE FLAT:

The flat is a top-floor duplex apartment in a warehouse conversion, with the room on the upper floor of the duplex. As the photos show, the room will be furnished. There is an open-plan area on the lower floor and the apartment has loads of natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows.

You'd be sharing with my housemates Aislín and Josh for the period of the sublet. We mostly enjoy the flat as a quiet, chilled space to recharge from the craziness of London living! We have a fortnightly cleaner and value keeping the place tidy between cleans.

LOCATION:

The location is fantastic, slap bang in the middle of Islington, Hackney and Shoreditch. De Beauvoir is nearby and the flat is a stones throw from regents canal and Shoreditch Park. A short walk to Dalston, Brick Lane, Broadway market, Angel’s Upper Street or Barbican and the City. A few incredible bakery’s within 10 mins walk (Popham’s, Quince bakery, Jolene’s).

It is also 15 mins walk from Old Street and Angel stations (Northern line), 20 mins walk from Highbury & Islington (Victoria line), 20 mins walk from Hoxton (Overground).

THE PARTICULARS:

The cost would be £800 for the period of the sublet (including bills – internet, cleaner etc.)
