Double room with private garden in N1

The room is so cozy while being very spacious. It comes with a double bed, desk, double sofa bed, cupboard and has a lovely fireplace (abliet not usable). Also, there is a private garden that would be absolutely amazing in summer. The garden has a roofed section, deck chairs and heat lamps making it perfect for any occasion! The current tenants are very friendly, we are generally quite private, however, always happy to have a chat while cooking or if you've had a long day etc.

The room is located 2 minutes from regents canel which is one of the prettiest walks in London if you ask me, walking down the canal takes you to angel in about 10-15 minutes. However, there are also great bus routes right outside the flat (21,76,144,73,38 etc) and essex road/highbury and islington station aren't too far away either.

There is a coop that it open until 11pm right across the road which is perfect for sweet treats and quick food runs! Also along the Canal are lots of pubs that are great always a great vibe. One of my favourite pubs in the area in the Compton arms. Also shoreditch park is opposite the flat too, it feels like a very safe park that you can go on evening walks!
