5 Bedroom house, 1 flatmate wanted

We have one room available from the first weekend of Feb! You’d be joining myself (Ben), my friends, George, Sam and Maria. The house itself is a sort of town house style on a quiet courtyard away from the street. There are 3 shared bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a living room and a garden.

It situated just off Holloway Road, an equal distance from Archway (15 min walk), Finsbury Park (15 mins walk) and Holloway Road (10 mins walk) stations (assuming you're not a slow walker).

We frequent visit the Jolene's down the road from our house, and there are plenty of great pubs to choose from in the local area. Maybe we'll take you to one, when you come to view our place!

We're four young professionals around the age of 25, looking for people who are looking to be social and we're also happy to be independent too. The tenancy is up for renewal end of August. This is the third year in the house for some tenants as it’s a great house and landlord is responsive and our current housemate is moving out due for work.
