The house is fully furnished (including TV and all kitchen utensils). The bedroom comes furnished and this cannot be changed (I. e. you cannot replace bed with your own).

Located on a wide tree lined street within easy reach of the shops and restaurants of Upper Street and excellent transport connections at Highbury & Islington, Angel, Essex Road and Kings Cross stations.

You will be sharing with three professional females who are in their early 30s (one Kiwi and two English). They are easygoing, clean and respectful so we are seeking a person who has these same values/traits, and is looking for a place to call home (rather than just a share house!).

Rent is £930/month plus bills of approx. £150/month (incl. broadband, council tax and fortnightly cleaner)
