Bright Ex-Warehouse Ensuite Room

We are on the third floor of a converted warehouse two minutes walk from the canals. The flat has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan living/dining/gallery kitchen. We keep the flat clean.

The three flatmates are myself, Frederic, you'd be taking over the remaining 6 months of my contract. The other flatmates are Yuryet, she works in real estate & Will who is a financial advisor.

The Space is very calming, and perfect to work from home/go to the office fusion. We tend to keep to our own lives, however always happy to go out for a drink.

The room itself will include the bed, two wardrobes, and two bed side table. The desk, chairs etc are not included. (Although welcome to offers, the table is 500). Bills come out to roughly 150pm per person. Landlord is always happy if someone wants to leave outside the 6/12 month contract periods, that if you can find a replacement that is fine. There is also some share futurniture which you'll need to reimburse my part (c.400).

The location of the flat is incredible, two minutes from the Regent's Canal, 10 minutes from De Beauvoir Town, 15 minutes to Angel, and 30 minutes walk to the City (or much quicker with bike or bus).
