Looking for someone straight away, viewings starting today. Double room in a cosy flat with shared living room and terrace. Room is available straight away for short or mid let while I'm out of the country, you would be sharing with a professional working in the film industry.

I'm subletting my room for a few months while working a project outside the country, 3-6 months, flexible on return, even outside those months. Nice spacious double room, furnished but not crowded. Flat is a 2 bedroom furnished and well equipped flat, with living room leading to a terrace, extra terrace room side (we don't really use it)

5 min walk to Finsbury park station, with Victoria/Piccadilly and train lines to center/airports, there's a 24h convenience store a min away, and loads of buses.

Sharing with late 30's professional in the film industry (art director/set designer). This is a homely house, perfect if you want to feel settled straight away, not a party home. Bonus points if you like plants!
