Beautiful Room in East London

Room available from 5 April for two weeks with the possibility to extend!

I'll be away most of April and am looking for someone to take over my room.

The room: On the 1st floor of a townhouse with 5 total flatmates. Beautiful light. Lots of space. There is a large bathroom on the second floor with a bath and an excellent shower, plus a small toilet on the main floor. Your room is facing the back garden, so very quiet. Large kitchen on the ground floor.

Location: 5 minutes from Canonbury Overground, 15 minute walk from Highbury Islington station and Dalston Junction. Walking distance from hearts of Angel, Dalston, Islington, Stoke Newington, De Beauvoir.

Flatmates are generally quiet, neat, and keep to themselves, only sharing kitchen space. This is a relaxed, creative-leaning household sharing with 4 others (2 guys and 2 girls) hailing from the US, UK, Canada, and Ukraine.

Ideal for someone in between places, looking for a temporary place, or visiting London – and of course, clean, respectful, responsible, etc.

A security deposit equal to £100 will be required, to be returned upon departure provided the room is left in the condition it was found.
