Double Room Available Angel Islington

We are Lisa (New Zealand), Bianca (Aussie) and Jess (Aussie) who all met in this house via SpareRoom and have now become mates. We’re looking for a fourth person to join us as our previous sublandlord (FYI Lisa is taking over this role) is moving out.

We’re into usual girl stuff, gym, eating, drinking, although the house is pretty chilled during the week and we usually save nights out for the weekend.

The house is in a great location near the canal and 10 mins ish walking distance of Angel and Kings Cross tube stations. There is a garage where we can store bikes, a garden that you’d be welcome to plant stuff in, and an attic which is pretty handy. We have a cleaner that comes every Monday.

Bills will be payable on top of monthly rent and will be split 4 ways on Splitwise. We’re expecting bills to be £150 ish a month.
