Looking for 2 new housemates to join our lovely home!
We have two rooms becoming available:
• Large Double Bedroom – £850 pcm
• Smaller Double Bedroom – £700 pcm
The house is spacious, clean, and well-kept, with shared living areas including a cozy lounge, fully-equipped kitchen, and a garden/patio area – perfect for BBQs! The house is fully electric, we all put in £150 a month for bills atm which usually leaves us with some money at the end of the year.
You’ll be sharing with me! I have lived here for 2 years now and consider this to be my home so i’m looking for clean and respectful housemates who feel the same about their living space. I work 7-4pm as a maintenance engineer and do some bits as a session musician too. Quite easy going so always down to hang at all the good pubs and food spots nearby - pretty spoilt for choice around here.
I think this is probably ideal for a professional working in the city, very easy commute with the vicky and piccadilly lines so close!
