Hi, I’m moving out of my flat in Islington and am looking for someone to sublet my room to the end of my lease from 31st May till 13th July. Will need someone who can commit to the full duration. Honestly loved this place and I’m so sad to leave ☹️

The flat boasts panoramic windows allowing a lot of natural light in our open plan living/dining/kitchen spaces. Lucky to have a lot of amazing surrounding restaurants and cafes on and around upper street. We have business hours concierge and lift access.

I’m seeking a clean, responsible working professional female (28-35 years).

Details:

💫A double bedroom in a two-bedroom flat. Most of the furniture in the room (desk, chair, tallboy, bedding and a few other items, I will be taking with me).

💫Only a 1-minute walk to Highbury and Islington Station (Underground - Victoria line and Overground Lines available), plus plenty of bus routes right outside the flat.

💫Tesco + Waitrose located right underneath the flat building. Walking distance to upper street with lots of shops and restaurants.

💫 Option to extend lease for another 1-2 years after 13th July.

Rent:
💰£287.50 per week (for 6 weeks)
💸 Bills would be based on usage

A bit about your other flatmate:
She is a 32 year old Aussie who works at a market research company. She is super chill and easy going - loves to be social, but also loves her personal space.
