Hey everyone! I’m moving out of London, so my lovely room in a shared house is available 😊

The room is spacious, comes with a double bed and a brand-new mattress (just over a month old). You’ll also have your own private bathroom and toilet – no need to share!
Rent is 990£/ months & bills are 150£/ months.

The house is super well connected – all major bus lines are just 2 minutes away on foot, and the nearest tube station is a 6-minute walk. All grocery shops around without 5 to 10min walk (aldi, waitrose, coop, Lidl, Sainsbury’s). It’s really convenient whether you’re commuting or exploring the city.

You’ll be sharing with two flatmates, both really easy-going guys. One’s from New Zealand and works as a chef (so he’s rarely home because of his shifts), and the other’s from Ireland and works in engineering. The house vibe is relaxed – we enjoy cooking and keeping the place clean and tidy.

The rent is very affordable, especially considering the location and the fact that you get your own bathroom.

* The wardrobe, shoe storages cabinet, vanity/dressing table, small coffee table, and pouf – are mine, but I’m happy to sell them for a good price if you’d like to keep them, since they fit the room really well. I can also sell them separately if you’re only interested in one or two items. ☺️
