hi! i`m looking for a replacement tenant for my cozy double room in islington ✨

the room is in a 4-bedroom apartment. there are 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, washing machine, oven) and multiple storage rooms with plenty of space for your things. we don`t have a living room but the kitchen is a great space for flatmate catch-ups

what`s offered is a large room with a desk, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. i will be taking my decor (mirror, lamps, plants and rugs) with me, but happy to leave everything else just as it is in the pictures

the best part about this place is probably the location - just 7 mins walk from caledonian road station, 9 mins from holloway road station(picadilly line), and 14 mins from highbury&islington (victoria line). the apartment is really close to the centre - 12 mins to king`s cross, 30 mins to camden market or hackney central. the holloway road is just a few minutes away and offers loads of different cafes, pubs, charity shops and music venues to go to

you will be living with 2 guys and 1 girl, students and professionals in their 20s. all of them are quiet, friendly and respectful of each others` space. they might have a friend or a partner over occasionally but it`s not a party household so it`s very peaceful. i am, sadly, moving out to be closer to my campus

my current contract that you will be taking over is until 8th of september 2025 but you are free to extend it after. the rent is 910 pcm(so is the deposit) plus the bills that usually are around 25 pounds per person pcm. you will be asked to provide a uk based guarantor(alternatively, you can pay for the whole contract period upfront). i am still looking for a place to move to but expecting to move out around 20th of june
