I have a lovely quiet room in my flat available for rent Mon-Fri, for someone looking to stay a few nights in London a week. Perfect if you’re commuting into London for work.
The flat is spread over the top two floors of a beautiful Georgian house in Highbury with a large living space and terrace overlooking the back gardens.
10 mins walking to Highbury & Islington tube (Victoria line). 10 mins walking to Arsenal tube (Piccadilly line). 4 mins to Drayton park (direct train to Bank / Moorgate in <10 mins).
The bedroom is cosy with a lovely big window overlooking the street. Fits a double bed, a wardrobe (you’d be welcome to leave things over the weekend), and a desk.
Looking for someone respectful, tidy and friendly; my preference is no WFH but happy to accommodate if needed ad hoc.
You’d be living with me; I am a 29-year old female working in Consulting. I’m clean and tidy and like to come home to a calm space.
Rent is £650 plus £50 for cleaning per month. I’m expecting ~3 days per week on average, if it is consistently more than that the rent will be a little more. Optional weekends available for rental when I'm away.
