Looking to sublet the spare bedroom in my gorgeous Victorian flat, located on a lovely residential street. Minimum 2 or 3 months. Move in date: November 1st.

- Less than 5 minutes’ walk from the Piccadilly line, and plenty of buses going straight to King’s Cross, London Bridge, and up north (to Archway & Finsbury Park.) There is a bus stop across the street.

- Large, peaceful terrace that is mostly empty now, but I’ll be making it nice for the summer.

- The room is £1,100 per month plus equal share of water and energy bills. I will be covering high speed internet and all council taxes.

- Furnished with built in storage, including enough space for luggage bags. No wardrobes needed.

- Lots to do in the area. Within walking distance to Caravan coffee roasters, the Pleasance Theatre, Caledonian Park, a 24 hour Nisa, and everything on Holloway Road.
