I am moving out of London and am looking for a flatmate to replace me in a beautifully furnished 2 bed 2 bath in quiet and well connected North London neighbourhood.

About a 10 minute walk to Caledonian Road Station, 15 minute walk to Kentish Town station, and various bus lines, its a great location for anyone who prefers north London but also likes to be well connected to the rest of the city. Lots of walkable options for food shopping, coffee shops, parks, tennis courts, and a top notch local gastro pub.

The flat is on the 4th floor of a spacious new build with efficient heating, views, and lots of plants. Lift, Balcony, dishwasher, proper washer/dryer. Shared central garden for the building. Cost of bills and council tax included in monthly rent. It is fully furnished with the owner's personal belongings, and is a true home, and as such must be treated like one :)

My roommate (who you will be joining) is a 32 year old studying a masters in Education Leadership. Her interests include Travel, Reading, Writing, and Meditation. She is incredibly warm and conscientious and we are looking for a Roomate who will be as considerate of myself and the flat as she is :)

This is not a party flat, but it is well suited for hosting intimate dinners. Smoking/ Vaping not permitted.

The flat is ideal for a relaxed and generally tidy Roomate who will treat the flat and everything within it as if it were their own and always do the dishes after they cook. It is well suited for someone who enjoys their privacy but is happy for a warm exchange while overlapping in the kitchen and living room. It is especially suited to someone with a green thumb as there are many plants which have been living here for a long time!
