Looking for replacement tenant for my current flatmate to move in sometime from 23rd September.

- Loads of places to eat down Holloway road
- 10 minute walk to Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose
- 15 minute walk to Highbury & Islington station
- Washer/dryer

Please note:
- There is either a minimum required salary of £32,000 or proof of savings required to pass the letting agent checks
- Viewing are required in person
- Bills currently total around £180 per month, making the total all in price around £1,400

I’m ideally looking for a flat mate that is similarly social and likeminded, and is up for being friends (as opposed to just flat mates), eating meals together and going out exploring every now or then. I do also enjoy my own space from time to time, and equally respect others.
You must be clean and tidy in our shared spaces.

Additionally, as a full-time PhD student at UCL, I have a preference for other students because of the council tax exemption, but equally open to working professionals depending on the person.

Lastly, I am typically in the library 9-5pm 7 days a week, so you will essentially have the flat to yourself during the day, but I’m in most nights!

About me:
I’m a 27 year old PhD student at UCL just finishing my first year, and a machine learning engineer for a French company based out of Paris.

I have lived in the property for 3 years now with my current flatmate who I met on spareroom, since then we’ve become best friends, ideally looking for a similar situation.

I’m a very social person, who likes to go out to gigs, bars, pubs, or for food, but equally enjoys chilling in the living room watching netflix with a cup of tea.

Interests: eating out (too often), going to the gym, gigs, festivals, food markets, movies, cooking and baking.
