Cosy double bedroom in Angel, Islington

Hi! We’re Charlotte and Tiffany, and we’re looking for a third flatmate to join our Islington flat in mid-November. We recently moved in and our third flatmate just bought a flat so we’re looking for someone (gals and gays preferably please!) with similar values of cleanliness, cosiness, and a general good time. We don’t need to find a best friend but we’d love someone who likes to be friendly in the living spaces - while always respecting alone time (London can be crazy, we so get it!).

It’s a 3 bed / 1 bath with beautiful light in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen - and plenty of space for relaxing. We like to keep the flat clean but lived in - think cosy lighting, calm evenings with the TV on, a dinner party when it feels right, so on. We’re conveniently located just off Upper Street and Essex Road, in between Highbury and Islington station and Angel station, so it’s really easy to get around and enjoy the charm of Islington, De Beauvoir, Barnsbury, Highbury, and so much more…

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, closet, desk, and drawers, and gets great north-facing light. We’re also on the top floor so we have no upstairs neighbours to worry about.

The bathroom is one between three, so being clean and considerate is important.

We are both in the office 3-4 days a week and would like our new flatmate to have a similar routine.

Rent is £1112 plus bills (come out to ~£150 per month including cleaner once a fortnight).

About us:

Tiffany: 29, from the US, works in sustainability. I’m often out and about in the city but love to cook when I'm home and have a chat with flatmates while we’re decompressing from life. A silly conversation in the kitchen is just as lovely as a cosy night with wine and a movie!

Charlotte: 31, from St Albans and a solicitor. I love gin and wine (not in the same glass), and have recently got into running. My downtime is precious so like the flat to feel like a home, and enjoy watching reality tv shows to switch off!
