Cosy double bedroom in Angel, Islington

Hi! We’re Charlotte and Tiffany, and we’re looking for a third flatmate to join our Islington flat in mid-February. Sadly our current flatmate is moving to Barbados for a new job, so we’re looking for another girl with similar values of cleanliness, cosiness, and a general good time.

It’s a 3 bed / 1 bath with beautiful light in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen, plus a balcony with a gorgeous view of sunsets and sunrises over the city. We like to keep the flat clean but lived in - think cosy lighting, calm evenings with the TV on, a dinner party when it feels right, so on. We’re conveniently located just off Upper Street and Essex Road, in between Highbury and Islington station and Angel station, so it’s really easy to get around and enjoy the charming restaurants, pubs, and shops all around us.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 2 closets, desk, chair, and drawers, and gets great north-facing light. We’re also on the top floor so we have no upstairs neighbours to worry about. The bathroom is one between three, so being clean and considerate is important.

Rent is £1112 plus bills (come out to ~£150 per month including cleaner once a fortnight).

We are both generally out and about 3-4 days a week and would like our new flatmate to have a similar routine.

About us:

Tiffany: 30, from the US, works in sustainability. I’m often busy in the city but love to cook when I'm home and have a chat with flatmates while we’re decompressing from life. A silly conversation in the kitchen is just as lovely as a cosy night with wine and a movie!

Charlotte: 31, from St Albans and a solicitor. I love gin and wine (not in the same glass), and have recently got into running. My downtime is precious so like the flat to feel like a home, and enjoy watching reality tv shows to switch off!
