We’re a 5 min stroll from Caledonian Road tube station, which means getting to most places is a breeze. We’ve got supermarkets (5-10 min to everything from lidl to waitrose), parks (2-10 min), shops (ditto) and of course the amazing pubs - nearby faves are two tribes brewery (good mate spot) the hemmingford (good date spot) and the faltering fullback (an all round good good spot) 🍻

All bills combined come to around £120 per month (water, energy, wifi, council tax)

All of us are down to earth, fun loving and enjoy spending time together- would love to keep the sociable energy going with whoever moves on in. You’d be living withhh
