We’re Melania and Katie, and we’re looking for a third person to join us on a 12-month lease in our cozy 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom ground floor flat located in Eric Fletcher Court, right in the heart of Islington.

* Fully furnished, but there's flexibility to bring your own furniture – we can discuss with the landlord re storing any unwanted pieces
* Separate kitchen with all necessary white goods (washer/dryer, gas stove, etc.)
* Gas central heating and great storage throughout
* Separate living and dining area that opens onto a private outdoor space

* Size: 3.43m x 1.79m (The room is currently a single room, however there is also a double bed that could be used in this room. Whilst this would reduce storage space available in the room, there are other storage options throughout the flat)

About Us
* Melania (27): works in sustainability tech, mixes WFH (2–3 days) and office time. Loves baking, reading, crafts, swimming, and exploring London.
* Katie (24): works in an education charity, mostly WFH (3-4 days). Likes reading, gallery/theatre visits, cooking and wandering around the city.
We’ve both lived here for the past year, and our previous roommate was here for 3 years. It's a lovely, quiet place with a real sense of home and community — honestly one of the best-located and most convenient places we’ve lived.
Rent & Details
* Looking for: a third housemate to join us on the annual lease
* Move-in date: flexible from early September
* Lease start: September 10
* Rent: 925 per month (excluding bills of 80-100)
* Deposit: 4-5 weeks rent (to confirm with landlord)
