Transit: Under a 5 minute walk to Picadilly line (Caledonian Road stop), and only one stop away from Kings Cross so you can transfer everywhere. Bus stops under a 2 minute walk that get you to Camden, Angel, Holloway, and central London. 7 minute walk to Overground.

Neighborhood: under 5 minute walk to Sainburys, Tesco, co-op, Iceland, etc. Next door (10 second walk) to a Gym Group. 5 minute walk to the Islington Tennis Center and the Caledonian Park. 15 minute walk to Islington upper street.
