Hey Frands!

Two mates (a guy and gal in their 30s) are looking for a third person, aged between 28 and 36, to join our harmonious lil home in Islington.

The rent is £870 per month, excluding bills, and the deposit is £1162.

LOCATION

Centrally located, just:

- a 9-minute walk to Highbury & Islington Station (serviced by the Victoria Line and Great Northern's Northern City line);

- a 8 minute walk to Caledonian Road Station (serviced by the Piccadilly Line); and

- a 5 minute walk to Caledonian Road and Barnsbury Station (serviced by the Overground).

- a 25 minute walk to Kings Cross St Pancras (National Rail and EuroStar)

THE HOUSE

This 1980s semi-detached house is idyllic AF, boasting:
- a sun-soaked garden, plus front patio;
- three bedrooms;
- a spacious living and dining area;
- two bathrooms plus a separate toilet; and
- a fully functional kitchen with generous bench space, a modern oven/stove, a dishwasher, washing machine (with drying capabilities) and mid-sized fridge.

The house gets plenty of natural light, which we love, and warms up wonderfully during the winters, with effective heating and great insulation.

The communal areas are fully furnished, but we can probably squeeze in a few furnishings in the living room, if you fancy :)

- You'll be sharing a combined bathroom with one other. It has a bathtub! Get excited.

YOUR ROOM

Your room is 8.1 square meters. It comes furnished with a double (maybe queen?) bed and bedside table/drawers. (Otherwise unfurnished). You would also have exclusive use of a closet/cupboard close to the room.

You may be able to fit a small desk. If not, you would be welcome to WFH in the living area up to two days p/w until around 6pm.

HOUSEMATES

THOMAS - Mid 30s academic completing a PhD in Architectural Design. He's utterly hilarious with the quickest wit in Islington. He's also a stellar cook/baker and all-round legend :)

CHASKA - Mid-30s Aussie lawyer who identifies as 21. I enjoy travel, vintage shopping, a boogie and cosy couch seshes with my housemates :)

ABOUT YOU

We’re on the lookout for a new housemate (aged 28-36) who'd fit in nicely with our warm and friendly household. Someone relaxed who's down to hang out, share a laugh in the kitchen or the odd meal, but who also has their own things going on outside the home.

You are more than welcome to bring friends over. Occasional parties are also welcome.

Mid-level cleanliness is ideal - we're not sticklers for a mug left out for a few days and enjoy our relaxed but respectful approach to tidiness.
