The flat features a private garden and a bright open-plan kitchen and living room, fully equipped with everything you need: a dishwasher, washing machine, and even an air fryer. There’s also a TV with a Fire Stick (Netflix, catch-up TV, etc.) and lots of natural light throughout the space. Storage is no issue here - everyone has their own fridge shelves and a large kitchen cupboard and we even have a Harry Potter cupboard under the stairs for extra storage.

The available bedroom is fully furnished with a bed and mattress, built-in wardrobe, bedside table. Additional furniture featured in the photos is available to purchase of the existing Tennant (large double wardrobe, dressing table, mirror, clothes rack & ladder shelf).

You’ll be sharing the flat with Bliss and Adam. They’re both professionals (working in HR and the wine & spirits industry) and are respectful, easygoing housemates. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy, and while we value personal space, we’re also sociable and enjoy the occasional shared meal, movie night, or glass of wine. We’re looking for someone like-minded - ideally a professional and appreciates a calm, tidy home.

The area is fantastic and convenient, with lots of pubs, parks, restaurants, gyms, and supermarkets nearby. Morrison’s, Waitrose, Lidl, and Iceland are all within a 6-8 minute walk.
