Double bedroom available from 15th September onwards as our lovely housemate is moving in with her boyfriend. The flat is a 3-bed maisonette across the top two floors of an Edwardian townhouse.

Please don’t message if you’re a student. Makes council tax more expensive for us. Sorry!

- Located on the same level as the kitchen (the other two bedrooms are upstairs).
- You’ll share the bathroom with just one other person (me)
- Comes with bed, wardrobe, and bedside table. (The drawers and mirror are mine, but I’m happy to sell the drawers for £15 if you’d like them. Alternatively I can remove if you want space for a desk – the previous girl in there had one and worked from home.)
- Lovely terrace, perfect in the summer!

About Us

- I’m an architectural assistant, working full-time in the office.
- Emma works in the charity sector and usually works from home 2–3 days a week.
- We hang out sometimes – cooking dinner, cinema trips, or grabbing a coffee – but also enjoy our own social lives. We don’t usually have people over much, so the flat stays pretty calm. We’re also getting a new TV soon, so the living room will finally be a cute space to watch things together.

Also I’m actually moving into the larger upstairs room which my housemate is moving out from for more storage, so this advert is for my current bedroom.
