Subletting Double Bedroom + Studio in Holloway

I’ll be away from January 5th to February 22nd, 2026, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room (and little studio space) in Holloway while I’m gone.

The rent is £1560 all in (bills included) for the whole stay (7 weeks).

The room is a double, fully furnished, and you’ll also have access to my small studio if you need a quiet place to work (Wi-Fi is good). The flat has a shared kitchen and living room, a bathroom with a bath and big window, plus a garden.

It’s a great spot - just 5 minutes’ walk from Holloway Road and Caledonian Road stations (Piccadilly Line), 15 minutes by bus to King’s Cross, and about a 15-minute walk to Highbury & Islington. Super well connected to the rest of London.

You’d be living with my friend, Sus, a really lovely, gentle person. She's tidy, quiet, and mostly works from home, so it’s important to have someone who’s also considerate and calm during the day. It’s definitely not a party house, more of a peaceful space.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone tidy, respectful, and easygoing - and if you could water my plants from time to time, that would be amazing !
