Two Double Bedrooms + Studio in Holloway

Two double bedrooms will be available in my lovely home in Holloway from May 1st, as my current housemates are moving on.

The rooms:
- Room 1. A large, bright double bedroom with plenty of natural light. £900 per month (bills excluded)
- Room 2. A smaller double, still bright and with space for everything you need. £830 per month (bills excluded)

Both rooms come with a one-year contract.

The house:
The flat includes a small shared studio space; a spacious shared kitchen; a bathroom with bathtub and large window; a lovely garden. It’s a peaceful, well-kept home with great light throughout.

Location:
We’re just a 5-minute walk from Holloway Road station and Caledonian Road station (Piccadilly Line), 15 minutes by bus to King's Cross, and about a 15-minute walk to Highbury & Islington station. Super well connected to the rest of London.

About me:
You’d be living with me — 28, Italian, curator and researcher working between contemporary art and ecology. I’m clean, organised, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy cooking, occasionally having a close friend over for dinner, watching a film on MUBI, and spending quiet evenings reading. Weekends are often for hiking/nature.
I value a home that feels calm, thoughtful, and grown-up - books, plants, and good light. I’d love to keep that atmosphere.

Who I’m looking for:
Ideally someone tidy, considerate, and easygoing. If you work in a creative field, that’s a bonus, but not essential.
