Hello! I’m looking for a friendly, respectful individual or couple to enjoy my lovingly designed home while I’m away working. This is my primary residence, so I’m hoping to find someone who will look after it as if it were their own. Available from October 25th, can be flexible on start dates for 7-8 Months-Until end of May 2026.

Rental Options
1. Option 1 – £2985: Full use of the entire flat. I will occasionally stay one night per week in the single bedroom only that has a foldable sofabed. I won’t need any storage, won’t be cooking or using laundry or shared living space, and will be out of your way — simply a quick stopover and sleep overnight and to ensure the flat is cared for and any issues addressed promptly. You get to enjoy the home without stress, knowing everything is looked after. You have full use of the single room with built in storage all other days of the week.

2. Option 2 – £3385: Complete private use of the entire flat, including both bedrooms. I will make other arrangements and not stay overnight occasionally.

Deposit: One month’s rent required (non-refundable in case of cancellation).
