Bright Double Room in Islington / Holloway Road

My friend and I are looking for someone to move into our 3-bed flat in Islington / Holloway Road, just a 10-minute walk from both Highbury & Islington station and Holloway Road station. This flat is available from the 1st week of October. Bills are around £100 pcm.

We are both in our mid-20s, very outgoing and sociable, but also love a wholesome evening in. We both have our own busy schedules but ideally, we would love someone we can become pals with who is easy going, respectful and clean. This flat is LGBTQ+ friendly.

The area is a 10-minute walk from Islington High Street so is full of cute pubs and great restaurants. Tesco and Aldi are only a short walk away with everything you might need!

Rachel

I am 26 years old from Dublin working in Learning & Development. I am super sociable and love meeting new people, but I also LOVE a cosy night in watching any kind of reality TV I can find. I’m super active and love to run, go to the gym and try new classes across London from spin to HITT and everything in between. I also play camogie with a team here in London, which keeps me super busy!

I mainly work from home in my room, though I do travel home to Ireland and around the UK quite a bit for work. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy as I appreciate having a nice comfortable space to come back to.

I am also 26 and from Dublin. I’m non-binary, so I’d be looking for flatmates who are sound, friendly, and respectful. I work in a restaurant, so my hours can vary and I’m often in and out of the flat.

Like Rachel, I love staying active – I play rugby and have a weekly kickabout with a queer football team, which is always great fun. I’m also just as happy with a cosy night in watching terrible movies or TV shows, and I really enjoy meeting new people and getting to know them.
