We are on the third floor of a converted warehouse, two minutes walk from the canals. The flat has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan living/dining/gallery kitchen. We keep the flat clean.

The three flatmates are myself, Will, and you will be taking over the remainder of my contract. The other flatmates are Yuryet, who works in real estate & a new flatmate who moves in at the end of September.

The Space is very calming, and perfect for a work-from-home/go to the office fusion. We tend to keep to our own lives, however always happy to go out for a drink.

The room itself is on the first floor of the flat and is nice and cosy (a bit on the small size) and very bright with a lot of natural light. You will share a bathroom with Yuryet, which is located on the ground floor of the flat and has a bath and 2 showers. The room includes a double bed, a wardrobe, and two bedside tables. The desk and desk chair are not included. Bills come out to roughly £170 per month per person.

The landlord is always happy if someone wants to leave outside the 6/12 month contract periods, and if you can find a replacement, that is fine. There is also some shared furniture which you'll need to reimburse my part (c.£150), and the name change fee is £50.

The location of the flat is incredible, two minutes from the Regent's Canal, 10 minutes from De Beauvoir Town, 10 minutes to Old Street Station, 15 minutes to Angel Station, and a 30-minute walk to the City (or much quicker with bike or bus).
