My flatmate is moving out of our lovely Islington flat and I'm looking for someone to replace her.
- Move-in window: 23 September - October 1
- Cost: £1225 + ~£200 for energy/water/wifi (this is a STEAL; the outcome of covid pricing + a kind landlord)
- Duration: 6 months minimum
- Location: Incredible spot on Liverpool Rd in Islington, 6 min walk from H&I Station and all of Islington within lots of great pubs within walking distance (Albion, Draper’s Arms, Pig & Butcher, The Crown, etc)
- Flatmate: You’d be living with me! In my outgoing flatmate's words: "she’s very respectful of shared spaces and personal boundaries, very tidy, and an overall lovely human." I work in tech and usually WFH 1-2 days a week but I am generally out and about taking advantage of all London has to offer! Love having the flat as a cozy home base to recharge.
- Room: Great natural light from 2 windows, huge closet, and your own (not shared) bathroom just down the hall.
- Flat: 2 bedroom 2 bath with a spacious common area, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge + freezer, microwave
- Furnishings: Fully furnished
- Looking for: a gal who chill and clean! if we end up clicking as friends then that's fab but not a requirement
