Bargain double room in quiet 2bed Islington house

Absolute bargain good sized double room in lovely quiet laid back VERY non smoking 2bed house near Caledonian Rd tube, share living room, garden etc with superchilled owner who keeps the rent ridiculously low because of being a lefty/greeny who doesn't believe in letting the market dictate that no-one can afford somewhere nice to live! (And while we're on politics, if you're not anti-genocide we're not gonna get along..) Actual grown-up adult independent properly house-trained eco friendly non-meat eating types preferred ~ just for balance I have always lived with women though I am male, which has always worked out well so I probably won't change that now.. Rent is £400/month plus £150 in bills & council tax, though may be under review soon since I only put it up once in 25 years! As a DJ/festival head/traveller I'm away a lot (particularly in the winter when I head off to the tropics for 5 months & have a carefully chosen sub-letter in my room), but I like to do my crazy socialising outside of the house and keep it very chilled and relaxed here.. I don't usually choose to live with friends, I like to have a nice flatmate who I get on well with around the house but I'm not looking for a new best mate, just someone who's a lovely flatmate ~ independent space is well respected here!
