We’re Kimberley and Teodora, and we’re looking for a calm conscious person to join our flatshare in a very well-connected and thriving part of Holloway Road, just near Highbury Corner.
Hands down, this is one of the most convenient and safe locations for public transport.
There are nearby bus stops, and we’re just a 3-minute walk from the Victoria Line tube and Mildmay Overground. Euston, King's Cross, Victoria, and Stratford are all 5–20 minutes away, ideal for national or international travel.
The area is buzzing with life, cafes, restaurants, and shops are all moments away. You’ll be in the thick of it, surrounded by creatives and trendy folk soaking up everything London has to offer. And for nature lovers, Hampstead Heath is an easy ride on the Overground, while Highbury Fields is just a 1-minute stroll from our front door. No garden or balcony, but we do get the joy of bird song and blossoms right outside our windows.

The flat itself has a unique duplex layout, with the living space above the bedrooms—rare for this area. We're on the top 2 floors of a 4-storey building (yes, 4 flights of stairs, your glutes will thank you). It feels more like a spacious house than a flat and never feels overcrowded.

A bit about us and what we’re looking for:
This isn’t just a flatshare, our home is our sanctuary. We’re looking for someone chilled, respectful, clean and tidy, open-minded and ideally an early riser (no night owls or party animals, please). Compatible rhythms around kitchen and lounge use, and shared values around quiet, clean spaces, are important to us.
Ideally, you’re already part of or drawn to London’s conscious community. You might be aged 30–50 who loves or is curious about spirituality, wellness, conscious dance (ecstatic/contact/5Rhythms), s£x positive spaces, sound baths, healing modalities, personal growth, singing circles, forest walks, creative arts, conscious festivals, breathwork, sauna and the like. And plants!!! We love them, bonus points if you're a keen plant parent 🌵
If you prefer hiding 100% in your room in a flatshare, this is probably not the place for you - as we will be respectfully expecting you to occasionally join us for dinner, chats, drinks, chilling on Highbury Fields, city cycling trips, workouts, socialising, tennis, dance and whatever else comes up. But will always respect your privacy and give you space when needed.
Some other notes:
> We are one veggie and one meat eater. Mostly sober (low-alcohol and no substances)
> The room is suitable for home workers but not for someone who wants regular access to the shared spaces for work. This is to maintain our home feel and inclusiveness of the shared spaces. Occasional use of lounge for homeworking is fine.
> No in-person client sessions in the flat, no businesses or goods trade from home per landlord rules (except virtual professions)
> No smokers, pets, or couples (per landlord rules)
