COUPLES WELCOME!

We’re looking for someone to take over the large upstairs room in our Victorian house just off Holloway Road. It’s a spacious, light-filled room — ideal for a couple (to keep costs down) or for someone with a solid income who wants extra space. The room comes unfurnished, but we’ll provide a bed and wardrobe so you can move in comfortably.

Over the past year, we’ve put a lot of love into turning this old house into a proper home. The flat has character, a relaxed vibe, and a balance between shared hangouts and personal space.

👫 About us
We’re three flatmates in our mid-twenties, working in music, education, and hospitality. We enjoy flea markets, the occasional night out for drinks, and discovering new spots in the city — but we also appreciate downtime to focus on our own projects.

📍 Location
The house is tucked away on a quiet street right by Holloway Road with excellent transport links:

Holloway Road station (Piccadilly line) – 5 min walk
Highbury & Islington (Victoria + Overground) – 15 min walk
Lime bikes everywhere – 20 min to most parts of North/East London

All the big supermarkets are nearby: Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Lidl, Waitrose, and Morrisons.
