Hey guys! We have a double room in a 4 bed really spacious flat with a garden, only 9 min walk from tufnell park.
You'd be sharing with 3 professional females (27-29) but we are happy for any gender to come join us!
About the room:
The room itself is unfurnished but has big built in storage already and it can fit a double bed with space for either a desk or wardrobe but since it is a little small there space on the landing right outside the room for any other furniture you would need (e. g a desk/wardrobe/drawers). We also want to make the living room cosy so you would need to chip in for some other furnishings/decor (we have sofas).
About the flat:
The whole 2 floor flat is super bright and airy and spacious (unheard of for london!!) and it has a gorgeous garden which we are hoping to spend a lot of time in during the summer having dinner and drinks and coffee :)
The road is quite quiet and residential but has big lidl/morrisons about 10/15 min walk (or short bus) away, and a great pub, wine bar, and independent coffee shop just down the road.
About you:
We are looking for someone to join our wholesome and fun house where we can be friends not ghost housemates, we love hanging out whether it be going for out for food or watching films or having friends round for dinner parties.
Looking for someone clean and tidy and with no drama plz haha.
