Double bedroom and study in banging house

We think we’ve found one of the best share houses in London. It’s huge, with great outdoor spaces and in the handiest location.

A bedroom is up for grabs! It has a large built in wardrobe, big windows and enough space for a desk. You won’t need a desk however, as the room also comes with its own private study! Perfect for anyone who needs a studio or flexibility to WFH.

The house itself is huge and full of natural light (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). We have a large kitchen with a big dining table that opens onto a courtyard (great for summer BBQs). There is also a enormous living room with its own Juliet balconies, a laundry room and storage in the basement. There is also a parking space you’d be welcome to use exclusively if you need.

Highbury and Islington Station is a 5 minute walk, so easy access to the Victoria Line, Overground and National Rail. Holloway station (Piccadilly Line) is about a 10 min walk. Highbury Fields is also 5 min walk away - Clissold Park and Finsbury Park also easily walkable.

We are in our early 30s, we get on well and enjoy the occasional bottle of wine, house meal, or trip to the pub together. We’re not in each other’s pockets all the time, but we do like having a friendly vibe in the house.

Irinka, who hails from Georgia (the country, not the state), works for a fintech start-up, is the stylish and artistic one in the house, and can often be found at a gym class.

Rob comes from Edinburgh, also works in fintech, and loves museums & galleries, old films, and playing/watching sport.
